Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Utility Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain utility equipment and systems (such as boilers, compressors, chillers, and water treatment plants) to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor utility machinery and equipment safely.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on utility systems.
- Record and log operational data (temperatures, pressures, levels) accurately.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and escalate major issues to the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical Diploma or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Utility Operator in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial tools.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and Saturdays.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
