Machining Trainer
We're looking for a Machining Trainer who will be responsible for delivering specialised training in manual and CNC machining, equipping teaching staff, technicians, and students with the practical competencies required to safely set up, operate, and maintain machining equipment.
The role will also support the development of standard operating procedures, practical training materials, assessment tools, and machine certification systems to strengthen sustainable in-house capacity within the CAD-CAM Department.
Qualifications
- Recognised technical or trade qualification in Machining, Toolmaking, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant production or toolroom machining experience, covering both manual and CNC machining.
- Demonstrable experience operating and setting up vertical CNC milling centres and CNC lathes.
