Role Overview
Be part of the engine that keeps our credit operations running smoothly. As a Credit Recovery Agent, you’ll engage directly with clients, support loan processing, and help ensure repayments are made on time. From onboarding new clients to following up on overdue payments, you’ll play a key role in driving results while building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new loan clients
- Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
- Facilitate loan disbursement in line with company policies
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments and support recovery efforts
- Maintain accurate records of client information and loan activities
- Educate clients on loan products and repayment processes
- Prepare basic reports on loan performance and collections
Requirements
- WASSCE, Diploma or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial data handling and software
- Understanding of loan products and services is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
