Key Responsibilities
1. Drive growth of existing clients and acquire new business opportunities.
2.Manage client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
3.Lead client briefs, feedback sessions, and pitch innovative ideas to clients.
4.Oversee and guide the creative process from discovery through final presentation.
5.Mentor and lead Account Managers and Executives to deliver top performance.

7.Develop client development plans and achieve agreed revenue targets.
