Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2—5 years experience in audit, risk, or compliance
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
