Our client is looking for a smart, target-driven, and result-oriented Loan Officer to join their growing team in Uyo.
Job Responsibilities
* Source and onboard new loan customers
* Promote loan products and financial services
* Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan options
* Follow up on loan repayments and maintain healthy client relationships
* Meet assigned sales and portfolio growth targets
* Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports
Requirements
* Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
* Previous experience in loan sales, microfinance, banking, or direct sales is an added advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to meet targets and work independently
* Good knowledge of customer relationship management
