Support the finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, performing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational accounting across cocoa operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Perform reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Support month-end reporting, audits, and statutory compliance
- Monitor finance controls, payroll support, and operational costs
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years' accounting or finance experience (agribusiness is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Professional certification and knowledge of Ghanaian tax regulations
