Internal Controller
Lead internal controls across LBC operations in Ghana, ensuring compliance, safeguarding assets, and strengthening operational efficiency through effective oversight of disbursements, reconciliations, and field operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal controls and maintain risk registers
- Prepare internal control and operational reports
- Investigate fraud and control breaches
- Strengthen compliance and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years' experience in internal audit and controls
- Strong knowledge of risk management and fraud prevention
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with high integrity
