Job Summary:
LMI Holdings is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accountant to lead financial operations, ensure strict budgetary compliance, and provide strategic financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, statutory compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual and monthly budgeting and ensure strict budgetary compliance.
- Oversee revenue generation, financial reporting, and revenue assurance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures and audit readiness.
- Manage treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely statutory filings, including PAYE, VAT, WHT, and SSNIT.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procurement procedures, and documentation standards.
- Lead financial forecasting and analysis to support informed business decisions.
Qualification & Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
- A professional certificate in ACI or Accounting/Finance such as CA/ACCA/CIMA or its equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in financial management.
- Knowledge of the Ghana Free Zones regulations.
