We are inviting applications from qualified and suitably experienced internal candidates for the position of Cashier at its Y’ello Connect Stores in:
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer payments and Mobile Money (MoMo) transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle cash, receipts and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support customers with GSM, MoMo, device sales and digital services.
• Promote and sell Y’ello Connect products, data bundles, devices and digital services.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and follow KYC, AML and other operational requirements.
• Identify and report transaction discrepancies or issues promptly
Minimum Qualification
Diploma/HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or a related field.
Experience
1-2 years’ experience in cashiering, retail, sales, telecommunications or Mobile Money operations.
