ADMIN MANAGER
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administration and support functions in our printing, packaging, and media company.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, systems, and staff records
- Provide recruitment support, leave management, and HR administration
- Support financial reporting and provide administrative support to Directors and Management
*Requirements:*
- 3-4 years' management or supervisory experience in administration, HR, or related fields
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field
- Strong skills in office management, finance support, compliance, and people coordination
- Knowledge of HR processes, procurement, and compliance an advantage
