Job Summary:
The Area Sales Supervisor oversees sales operations within a designated geographic region. They lead a team of sales representatives, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report results to senior management.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to improve team performance and product knowledge.
  • Inventory Coordination: Ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of products across the region.

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to travel within assigned area
