Job Description:
Kings Assurance is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Agents to join their growing team across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client and partner relationships through regular communication and engagement.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Meet revenue goals and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in insurance sales (life or general).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Remuneration: Commission-based.
