Job Summary:
An experienced sales incumbent is being sought to run the depot in Bulawayo, for a well known Harare based clothing company.
They require a Bulwayo based resident who is well connected with the tourist, mining and agriculture industries in order to promote their product lines. The successful candidate will be brought in to Harare HO, for training on their extensive product lines. A good salary, plus commission is on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, or networking.
- Product Presentation: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Negotiation: Discuss terms of sale and close deals effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident demeanor
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Understanding of the product or industry being sold
