PROFESSIONAL SALES CONSULTANT
We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and result-oriented Professional Sales Consultant to drive institutional sales growth for Kim-Fay's hygiene solutions by managing all B2B accounts across upcountry regions, identifying opportunities, building strategic client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of institutional clients..
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in institutional or corporate sales within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated success in selling to institutions such as hotels, hospitals, schools, corporates, and government agencies.
Experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and key account management.
Solid understanding of FMCG markets, institutional buying behavior, and supply chain processes.
Strong sales planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of tender documentation and proposal development.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Must be a qualified and competent driver with a valid driver's license.
Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management is an added advantage.
