Job Description:
The Assistant Customer Service Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs, and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering quality products and exceptional service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising and guiding the customer service team.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Support the development and implementation of customer service policies.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain service standards.
• Prepare and analyze customer service reports.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor new customer service staff.
