Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, order placements, and complaints while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in a courteous manner.
• Take accurate food orders and input them into the system.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and delivery procedures.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
