Job Summary:

PrimeConnect Services Ltd. is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to manage client interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.





Job Description:

The Customer Service Officer will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or service improvements.
  • Promote company services and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.



Requirements:

  • SHS / HND / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
