About the Role

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth, helping us expand our client base and build lasting relationships. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all stages of the sales process while working closely with experienced professionals who are committed to your development. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Research potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and assist in building a strong, qualified sales pipeline 
  • Reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media; follow up on leads to drive conversions 
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports to assist in deal closures 
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client details and interactions in our CRM system 
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to provide actionable insights 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and lead-generation efforts 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and prepare regular performance reports 
  • Learn and implement effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies  

Your Tool Kit 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field 
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales or business development executive in with a BPO company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships 
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and business development 
  • Foundational knowledge of sales principles and marketing strategies 
  • Basic experience with CRM systems (SDR Tracker, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus 
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital sales tools is a bonus 
  • Highly adaptable, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving startup culture
