What you will be doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Report weekly on performance, progress, and key challenges.
  • Work with the commercial team to set and implement pricing strategies to meet/exceed margin expectations.
  • Track KPIs against sales targets and lead regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with depot operations and transport teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

 

About you:

  • Strong ability to both "hunt" for new business and "farm" existing relationships.
  •  Effective across all internal departments and external stakeholders.
  •  Confident with sales data, budgets, and margin analysis.
  •  Driven, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
