What you become a part of:

The successful candidate will act as the key link between the company and healthcare professionals within Nairobi region with a goal to ensure Shalina Healthcare Products are available in all healthcare facilities and key retail institutions. 

What to expect:

  • Prepare lists of target customers following company guidelines; visit these customers regularly as per set targets.
  • Ensure that orders are booked from hospitals and pharmacies within your area; manage timely payments for these orders while keeping a current wholesaler stock tracker updated.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients in your area along with influential figures like KOLs; utilize these connections for scientific events aimed at maximizing prescriptions for our offerings.
  • Promote awareness about Shalina Healthcare Products by effectively communicating their benefits along with promotional offers like discounts or gifts.
  • Execute marketing strategies including CMEs, RTMs, BFMs to make sure high-quality yet affordable products reach consumers across your region efficiently.

Essential skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 2 Years in Sales in Healthcare/Pharma/Related Business.
  • Vast Pharmaceutical Products Knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Pharma Market Trends and Product Lines.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly Motivated and Target-Driven with a Proven Track Record in Sales.
