KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily branch operations with a focus on sales.
- Drive loan portfolio growth and quality.
- Lead and motivate branch staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain compliance and risk control.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in microfinance/banking in the same role (Branch Manager).
- Strong leadership, sales, and credit management skills.
