We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, results-driven professional to take full ownership of event planning and execution, ensuring every event reflects excellence, professionalism, and strategic business objectives.
Location: North Industrial Area, Accra, Ghana
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, healthcare events, and product launches.
Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, and execution plans.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and other internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure flawless on-site execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Develop structured event processes, documentation, and post-event reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5–10 years of proven experience in corporate, brand, or large-scale event management.
Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in Ghana, West Africa, or emerging markets is an added advantage.
