Role Overview
The Head of Programmes will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organizations programme portfolio , ensuring the effective design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the organisation’s programmes and projects that aim to promote and protect human rights. This role ensures that all programmes are aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals and are implemented in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. The successful candidate will lead programme teams, strengthen partnerships, support resource mobilisation, and ensure compliance with donor and organisational requirements.
The Head of Programmes will act as the second-in-charge when the Director is officially absent.
Working Relationships
The Head of Programmes will report to the Director and will supervise the Programme Team.
