Rehab Beach Club is seeking an experienced, dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant beachfront venue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving business performance, managing staff, and maintaining the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the beach club.
* Lead, motivate and manage all departments and staff.
* Drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
* Ensure outstanding customer service and guest experience.
* Manage budgets, stock control and operational costs.
* Recruit, train and develop team members.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
* Plan and support events and promotional activities.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality management, preferably within a restaurant, beach club, hotel or entertainment venue.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Commercially minded with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
* Must have basic knowledge of Cocktails and basic cooking skills
* Must be available for immediate start.
