Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production runs, set delivery timelines, and track progress
- Supervise tailors, beaders, etc., assign tasks and monitor productivity
- Coordinate fabric and material sourcing, inventory management, and liaise with suppliers on timely delivery of materials
- Undertake quality control checks to ensure that all garments meet the brand's quality standards
- Train staff on couture techniques, finishing standards and client-fitting protocols
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design, production, or related field
- 3 years managing garment production in a fashion house or similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of pattern-making, cutting, and finishing
