Job Description:
The Business Consulting Officer will be responsible for handling company registration and compliance processes, offering business advisory services, and supporting clients with documentation and professional guidance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate company registrations and compliance processes with relevant authorities (CIPZ, PRAZ, NSSA, ZIMRA).
• Provide professional business advisory and consultancy services to SMEs and entrepreneurs.
• Draft and prepare business documents, including profiles, proposals, and compliance forms.
• Maintain professional client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Research and remain informed about legal, compliance, and regulatory developments affecting businesses.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of company registration procedures, returns compilation and compliance requirements in Zimbabwe.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and uphold professional standards
