Role Summary

A client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and execute innovative strategies that position the restaurant as a top dining and catering choice in Abuja.



Key Responsibilities

-Identify new business opportunities (corporate catering, events, partnerships)
-Actively prospect and convert leads into paying clients (corporates, event planners, private clients)
-Develop proposals and pitch customized offerings to potential clients
-Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
-Develop and execute marketing ideas to increase sales and visibility
-Represent the brand at meetings, networking events, and negotiations
-Meet sales targets and track performance
-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends
-Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies


Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
-3–5 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in hospitality or FMCG)
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
-Good understanding of Abuja market dynamics is an advantage
