The Role
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing high-value contracts, and managing key client relationships within the Nigerian oil and gas sector. This role translates commercial strategy into executable opportunities by building a strong pipeline of projects, leading client engagement, supporting tendering activities, and driving strategic partnerships.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the BDM plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence with International Oil Companies (IOCs), National Oil Companies (NOCs), Indigenous Oil Companies, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
