Job Description:
An established IT firm is looking to hire an experienced and results-driven Business Development Officer to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Promote and sell software solutions to corporate clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitors
Requirements:
Proven experience in software sales / IT solutions sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with decision-makers
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is an advantage
