Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in HVAC sales, particularly from leading air conditioning brands such as Samsung Electronics or similar. The role will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, build client relationships and support strategic sales opportunities across the HVAC business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth through new client acquisition and account management
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for air conditioning and HVAC solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and corporate clients
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals
Manage key accounts and support after-sales relationship management
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business opportunities
Support tendering, bid submissions and commercial negotiations
Work with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions offered
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
5–6 years business development or sales experience in HVAC/air conditioning industry
Experience with leading brands such as Samsung Electronics, Daikin, LG Electronics or similar is preferred
Strong B2B sales, negotiation and client management skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts
Good understanding of HVAC products, solutions and market dynamics
