About the Role
St. Michael’s Specialist Hospital is expanding its service reach and seeking dynamic Business Development Associates to drive growth across our key service lines — Maternity Services,
Physiotherapy & Spa, Conference & Event Space, Catering & Food Services, and
Corporate Healthcare Packages.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client
relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned service line.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads and build client relationships to promote assigned hospital services.
● Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, corporate partners, and
institutional opportunities.
● Pitch service offerings and tailor proposals for individuals, companies, and organizations.
● Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and client
experiences.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance reports.
● Represent the hospital professionally at events, exhibitions, and outreach activities.
● Identify and develop partnership opportunities with organizations and communities
aligned to your service area.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, or a
related field.
● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or client
relations, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or services industries.
● Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
● Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal
supervision.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and corporate outreach strategies is an
advantage.
Preferred Backgrounds by Service Line
● Maternity Services: Sales or relationship management in healthcare, insurance, or
family-centered programs.
● Conference & Event Space: Experience in hospitality, corporate bookings, or event
management.
● Physiotherapy & Spa: Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle service sales.
● Catering & Food Services: Background in catering sales, hospitality, or institutional
food services.
● Corporate Healthcare: B2B or corporate account management experience, especially
in healthcare or benefits sales.
