A leading General Insurance firm is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Execute marketing and sales campaigns to achieve revenue goals.
- Work with marketing teams to increase visibility and brand awareness.
- Prepare regular reports on performance and pipeline progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (insurance preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
