Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will oversee business operations, manage key departments (marketing, procurement, logistics, and finance), and ensure efficient execution of strategies that promote business growth. The role also includes supervising teams, managing budgets, and implementing high-impact marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Efficiency
• Lead and oversee daily operations across marketing, production, procurement, logistics, and administration.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable, measurable work plans.
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to enhance workflows, efficiency, and team performance.
Marketing & Sales:
• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Oversee campaigns, content creation, and social media activities aligned with business goals.
• Lead sales planning, corporate partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Strategic Partnerships team to support B2B and CSR partnerships.
Financial & Resource Management:
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation with the finance team.
• Implement cost-effective procurement and production systems.
• Ensure accurate financial and operational reporting for partners and donors.
People & Performance Management:
• Supervise and mentor team members across departments.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a high-performance, mission-driven workplace culture.
