ROLE SUMMARY:
The Business Operations Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end performance of the company's operations. The role spans strategy, supply chain, finance, procurement, people and compliance, ensuring every department runs efficiently, meets its targets and contributes to sustainable business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in any finance, operations, supply chain or a related industry. Candidates with transferrable experiences from other industries are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrable experience managing multi-department operations, supply chains and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of leading process improvement, systems implementation or operational turnaround initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong financial acumen: ability to read, interrogate and present management accounts and budget reports.
• Operational discipline: comfort working with data, dashboards and KPIs to drive daily decisions.
• Process mindset: proven ability to map, standardize and automate workflows across an organization.
• Leadership: ability to hold department heads accountable while developing them as a team.
• Stakeholder management: confidence engaging shareholders, regulators and major clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
