Job Purpose:
To deliver bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse clientele, providing personalized life insurance and savings plans while driving growth within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients, generate sales leads, and meet monthly sales targets
  • Understand clients' needs for life insurance and savings and propose customized plans that suit their requirements
  • Assist with policy renewals, amendments, claims, and manage client portfolios
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of various life insurance products and their benefits
  • Adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Life insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in English is essential
