JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for delivering client-focused solutions, improving operational efficiency, strengthening processes and controls and supporting business strategies that enhance client satisfaction, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field from a recognized university is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Pensions Operations or within Financial Institutions.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, self-awareness, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong sense of accountability with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in delivering results.
