We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in customer support or customer service roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a betting or gaming company will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about company products, services, promotions, and policies.
* Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
* Support customer retention by delivering excellent service experiences.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gaming standards.


Requirements

* Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, or call center operations.
* Previous experience in a betting, gaming, or sportsbook company is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.
* Minimum qualification:HND/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
