Job Summary:
A reputable pharmacy in Accra is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage client enquiries and overseeing the operations of our online pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp and online
- Monitor and manage the online pharmacy platform.
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and branch locations
- Process and manage online orders from request to delivery coordination
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
• HND / Degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, Pharmacy Technology or related field
• Previous experience in customer service, retail pharmacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and communication tools
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Applicants residing around North Kaneshie and its environs will be preferred.
