We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account (Sales) Manager to drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with key public sector clients. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate must have strong public sector sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles.


Responsibilities
- Identify & manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Identify & develop new business opportunities in the enterprise segment
- Manage complex sales cycles and present solutions to executive customers
- Work closely with pre‑sales teams to develop proposals & presentations
- Negotiate close deals and track pipeline activity
- Stay updated on market trends and customer needs



Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales (new business focus)
- Proven track record of selling cloud & digital transformation solutions
- Strong ability to source & close opportunities
- Experience selling technology services
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Confident & adaptable business personality
- Results‑driven & proactive
