We are seeking a research-driven and detail-oriented Grant Manager to identify funding opportunities, develop strong proposals, and manage grant applications supporting vocational education, youth development, workforce transformation, and skills training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify grant opportunities from donors, foundations, NGOs, governments, and corporate partners.
* Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
* Manage grant processes, deadlines, documentation, and submissions.
* Support donor reporting, compliance, and impact reporting.
* Maintain relationships with funding partners and support fundraising strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* 3+ years’ experience in grant writing, fundraising, proposal development, research, or related roles.
* Strong writing, research, storytelling, and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Experience in education, nonprofit, social impact, or startup environments is an advantage.
