JOB SUMMARY
The Head, Investment & Portfolio Management is responsible for the overall investment performance of the firm. The role leads portfolio construction, asset allocation, and security selection across all products, while ensuring compliance with client mandates, internal risk limits, and regulatory requirements. The role also provides leadership to the investment and research teams and serves as a key member of the Investment Committee.
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Financial: Deliver superior risk-adjusted returns; oversee asset allocation; optimize portfolio efficiency; protect capital; ensure consistency with benchmarks and mandates.
Customer: Ensure investment objectives of clients are met; support institutional client reviews; provide credible investment insights to stakeholders.
Process: Establish and enforce investment policies, portfolio construction frameworks, rebalancing discipline, and Investment Committee processes.
Capability: Lead and develop portfolio managers and analysts; mentor junior staff; promote research excellence and ethical investing culture.

Requirement/Qualifications
-BSc in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
-CFA designation is an advantage
-MSc/MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in asset/fund management with atleast 3 years in a senior portfolio & investment role.
