Job Summary:
Lead the company’s Corporate Finance function by developing innovative financing and capital-raising solutions, providing strategic investment advisory, strengthening financial reputation and credit standing with key financial partners, and working closely with the Executive Chairman to achieve the company’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute corporate finance and capital strategies with executive leadership to ensure sustainable, cost-effective funding across all planning horizons.
• Lead treasury, capital-raising, and financing activities, including negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and capital market participants.
• Build strong local and international financial partnerships, drive credit rating initiatives, and enhance financial credibility, brand equity, and shareholder value.
• Develop data-driven investment and dividend strategies while providing strategic financial leadership in collaboration with business operations and senior management.
Requirements
• First degree in Finance or Management-related fields
• Masters degree in a related field (preferably from a foreign university).
• CFA certification is an added advantage
• Experience based on a diversity of backgrounds covering banking and a multiplicity of other industries while being engaged in the finance function.
• Strong strategic, analytical, forecasting, and data analytics capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Proven leadership and managerial competence, capable of driving teams and aligning stakeholders to strategic objectives.
