We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Officer to manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.


Key Requirements:
 Strong knowledge of the New Tax Law and Nigerian statutory regulations
 Experience handling payroll for a large workforce
 Experience working within a Group of Companies and multi-site operations
 End-to-end Compensation & Benefits management
 Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms
 Strong analytical and reporting skills
