About the Role:
The Odoo Consultant will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, analyzing workflows, mapping processes, and supporting the successful implementation and configuration of Odoo solutions. The role requires a strong functional understanding of Odoo modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
• Map business processes and identify gaps between client needs and Odoo standard functionality.
• Implement and configure Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Provide consultancy and best-practice recommendations to clients.
• Conduct user training, workshops, and system demonstrations.
• Support testing, UAT, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Handle client communication and ensure timely follow-up on project requirements.
• Support project delivery by coordinating between clients, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant or in a similar ERP functional consulting role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo implementation and configuration.
• Solid knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Good understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, Project, or similar modules.
• Ability to prepare clear functional specifications and documentation.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing business users’ expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and project teams.
• Good command of English.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
