Candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and strengthening internal controls across Inlaks Africa's operations. The role will support management decision-making through timely and reliable financial information while ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENT
* In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
* Knowledge of IFRS and local tax legislation knowledge
* Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
* Between 8 to 10 years post qualification working experience with at least in a Finance role in a corporate organisation.
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any Finance related course.
* Relevant Professional qualifications e.g. ICAN, ACCA, IFA, or ICAG.
KEY RESPONSILIBITIES
* Responsible for the finalisation of Audited Financial Statements in line with IFRS and FRC requirements as well as coordination with external auditors.
* Attend to internal audit exercise for Ghana and ensure timely completion of internal audit and closure of identified gaps.
* Establish and promote sound financial management and accounting practices.
* Ensure approved capital expenditure budgets are adhered to at all times. Implement, direct, and evaluate performance of the operating budget periodically to ensure it is consistently profitable and advice the management monthly
* Manage and control the financial activities in order to ensure conformity with company guidelines, National and International Legal regulations and accounting standard
