Frontend Frontend Engineer (React + Flutter)
Location: Kumasi/Accra (Hybrid or Remote within GMT)

What you’ll do
• Own the end‑to‑end frontend for our web and mobile apps (React for web, Flutter for Android/iOS).
• Translate product requirements, wireframes, and user feedback into performant, accessible UIs.
• Implement state management, routing, offline‑first patterns, and robust error handling.
• Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs; collaborate closely with backend to shape API contracts.
• Maintain a high bar for UX consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Set up and improve CI/CD for web/mobile builds and app store releases.
• Write reliable tests (unit/UI/integration) and documentation.
What you’ve done (Requirements)
• 3+ years professional experience building production UIs.
• Strong React (Hooks, Context, React Query/RTK Query), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind/SCSS).
• Strong Flutter & Dart skills, including state management (Bloc/Provider/Riverpod), navigation, and platform integrations.
• Experience consuming APIs, authentication flows (JWT/OAuth), and secure storage.
• Familiarity with performance tooling (Lighthouse, Flutter DevTools) and accessibility.
• Git workflows, code reviews, and trunk‑based or Git‑flow development.

What success looks like (30/60/90)
• 30 days: Ship small features; add tests; improve component ergonomics.
• 60 days: Lead a feature vertical across web and mobile; reduce layout shift & cold‑start time.
• 90 days: Own a UI domain (design system or mobile release pipeline) and mentor others.
