Senior Planning Engineer โ Immediate Hiring | EGEC Qatar

Are you a seasoned Planning Engineer with a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale projects?
This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role at a leading Engineering Consultancy and leave your mark on Qatar's most iconic infrastructure and construction projects.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and a master of Primavera P6 to develop, monitor, and control project schedules from inception to close-out. You won't just be following a plan; you'll be designing the roadmap to success for multi-disciplinary teams.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project, establishing baselines and critical paths.
Lead performance monitoring, Earned Value Management (EVM), and create detailed progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
Conduct schedule risk analysis and provide expert support for claims preparation/defense.
Optimize resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials) to ensure project efficiency.
Act as a key client contact, translating complex planning data into clear, actionable insights.
Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices across all projects.
๐ฏ ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
Bachelorโs Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management).
12+ years of experience in project planning, with 10+ years in a senior role within an engineering consultancy.
Mandatory advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Proven experience on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
Expert knowledge of CPM, EVM, and project management principles (PMBOK).
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
