Job Description
- Responsible for executing works at site in accordance with the approved program and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with the relevant authorities such as DEWA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, in accordance with NOC conditions when planning or installing utilities.
- Ensure all tests are completed for the installed with full compliance to the project specifications and prior to handing over the area for road works.
- Plans the resource ordering, utilization and productivity outputs.
- Ensure all site inspections is recorded and approved.
- Ensure all tests of utility lines to be completed with inspection and approvals from consultants.
Skills
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of utilities engineering principles and practices
2. Experience in designing utilities for road and infrastructure projects
3. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for utilities design and analysis
4. Ability to manage and oversee utility relocation projects
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Excellent project management skills
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to utilities engineering
8. Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders
9. Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with safety standards
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
