Job Summary:
BK Gulf LL is looking for MEP Planning Engineer to support our MEP projects across UAE.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines for MEP activities in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of MEP works, and update project schedules as needed to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with MEP design teams to integrate project specifications and requirements into the planning process.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP installations and identify any issues that may affect the project schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Prepare reports detailing the progress of MEP works, highlighting any deviations from the original plan, and proposing corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree in engineering is must.
- Proven experience working as an MEP Planning Engineer on MEP projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address issues and deviations in the project schedule.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems
- Knowledge of construction planning and scheduling techniques
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
